Board Approved Program by ECEL
The purpose of the Board Approved Program is to prepare ECEL members to serve as responsible, engaged board members for various organizations within our community. The board program is a goal of the Education Committee, which seeks to promote professional education strategies among our membership in order to create productive future leaders in our community.
The members listed below completed a one-day course provided by ECEL in which professionals in the areas of Expectations, Goals, Processes of a Functioning Board, Financial Analysis, Ethics/Legal, Strategic Planning, and Team Building gathered to lecture and provide hands on projects pertaining to their areas of expertise to promote better understanding among the ECEL participants.
