Description
Location: Destin, FL or Lakeland, FL
Job Summary: The Claims Processor is the advocate for the insured with the Claims community. Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on monitoring claims until closure while maintaining a clear channel of communication between all parties. Interacts with and provides professional support to clients and provides oversight of various claim functions including: customer service, contact, notification and follow up.
Minimum Essential Requirements:
10 years insurance experience
FL 2-20 License required
Insurance coverage terms and conditions knowledge
Experience in the property and casualty claims process for both commercial and personal lines
Possess computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to multi task
Strong organizational skills
Ability to interact well with all levels of management and clients
Strong communication skills
