AARP Income Tax Help at Destin Library Starting February 2nd

Volunteers from AARP will provide free individual federal tax assistance on an APPOINTMENT ONLY BASIS at the Destin Library (Thursdays from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) beginning Thursday, February 2^nd through Thursday, April 13^th.

      A special “pre February”, ONE TIME ONLY tax assistance session will be held on Monday, January 30^th, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 12 Noon, by AARP TaxAide representatives.

      Individuals seeking 2016 federal tax preparation help are required to telephone the library at 837-8572 to make an appointment.

      According to AARP officials individual income tax preparation assistance is limited to 2016 federal income taxes only.

      Please note: No state income tax returns can be prepared. No federal income tax returns with rental income can be prepared.
