Friends Guild of the Destin Library, Inc. will sponsor a monthly movie featuring independent films and documentaries on a Tuesday afternoon each month beginning at 2:00pm. The film series may occasionally feature a foreign film. The Friends Guild?s goal is to provide area residents with the opportunity to view films that are in limited release and/or unlikely to be presented in local theaters. The program is free and open to the public. Films are unrated and directed toward mature audiences.

Maria Altman seeks to regain a world famous painting of her aunt plundered by the Nazis during World War II. She does so not just to regain what was rightfully hers, but also to obtain some measure of justice for the death, destruction, and massive art theft perpetrated by the Nazis. Based on a true story.
