Kids Sidewalk Chalk Contest- Chalktoberfest

As a part of the Okaloosa County Public Library Cooperative’s 20^th birthday celebration, the Destin Library is hosting a Kid Sidewalk Chalk Contest. 
      Destin’s best chalk artists (kids between the ages of 6 and 12 years old) are invited to cover the library’s front sidewalk with creative designs in celebration of OCPLC’s 20^th birthday!
      Chalktoberfest entries will be judged and a winner will be awarded a prize at the end of the event. Children younger than 6 years old are welcome to come out and draw but will not be included in the judging. Supplies for this contest will be provided by the library.
      Following the contest a special fairytale story-time will be held for children younger than 6 years old on the front lawn of the library.
