Recycled Denim Charity Event at Saks Fifth Avenue Off Fifth in Silver Sands Premium Outlets

Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, located in Silver Sands Premium Outlets, is hosting a denim recycling event called Blue Jeans Go Green.
 
From August 17 through September 5 shoppers can turn in unwanted denim and receive $10 off a pair of women’s or men’s jeans. All donated items will be recycled into UltraTouch Denim Insulation that will be distributed to organizations like Habitat for Humanity. Since 2006 this program has pulled in over 600 tons of recycled denim in return for over 2 million square feet of insulation manufactured. This program has also helped divert over 1 million pieces of denim from ending up in landfills.
 
In support of Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH’s efforts, Silver Sands Premium Outlets will also award those who donate with a free Savings Passport and gift while supplies last. Simply bring your Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH receipt showing the $10 discount to the Information Center, located between kate spade new york and Vera Bradley to receive a free Savings Passport and gift.
