Booths Available at 9th Annual Business Expo and After Hours
Destin, FL, Nov. 2 - Network with your fellow Chamber members, show off your products and services, see exciting visual displays of new products, and purchase or order your favorite items!
The cost is $175 for an 8'x8' booth, which includes a skirted 32"x6' table, 2 chairs, and an identification sign. Four sponsor booths, which are 16'x8' booths in a prime location, are available for $350. For those reserving a booth, your company name will appear in event promotions and in our Chamber's Progress newsletter. Those reserving a sponsor booth will receive credit as an event sponsor in all event promotions.
Please note third party promotions are not permitted. All brochures and displays must reflect the company reserving the booth. Everything displayed must fit on top of the table, including stand-up floor props. Table locations are assigned in the order of reservations received. No refunds on cancellations after Nov. 15.
You may begin set up at 9 a.m., and must be fully set up no later than 2:30 p.m. No table breakdown will be allowed before 7:30 p.m.
