The Destin Seafood Festival Named the Best of the Best
Destin, FL, Nov. 9 - The Destin Seafood Festival is the "Best of the Best," according to readers of Emerald Coast Magazine.
Not only was it chosen "Best Community Event" in the magazine's 2005 Best of the Emerald Coast poll, it was awarded "Best of the Best" in the Entertainment category during the annual Best of the Emerald Coast Banquet on Oct. 15, 2005.
"October wouldn't be October in Destin without this annual event for the whole family," read the October/November 2005 issue of the popular, local magazine.
This year's Festival, held Oct. 6 - 8, 2005, boasted bigger headliners, more arts & crafts vendors than ever before, and exciting adventures in Tadpole Town for the kids. It attracted more than 21,000 attendees throughout the three-day event.
