     During the Organizational Excellence workshop, dynamic 9gs presenter Wally Adamchik will outline established leadership principles proven to be effective time and again. He will also establish a platform upon which organizations can improve their performance, atmosphere, and productivity. The workshop, which is based on the book LIFT by 9gs President Bob Vosburgh, will detail characteristics needed for success in the areas of self, team, and atmosphere, as well as provide anecdotes, stories, and videos of successful leaders.

     In the weeks before the seminar, chamber members will receive an email asking them to take an on-line leadership survey. We encourage them to do this and to pass the survey on to coworkers. The survey is entirely confidential. This will provide qualitative and quantitative feedback, which will be addressed during the seminar.
