Destin, FL, March 12 - The Chamber, upon recommendation from Vice Chairman of Membership Karen McCarthy, is taking donations for the Enterprise School System. When announced at the March 9 Business 2 Business Breakfast, members contributed $700 before the breakfast was over! All monies collected will be sent directly to the school system’s relief fund. The Chamber Board wanted to raise money for a specific purpose, and we felt the school system was the way to go. If you would like to contribute, make your payment to the Destin Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Chamber will send one check on behalf of its membership. Please have all monies to the Chamber by March 20.
