Destin, FL, May 3 - On Wednesday, May 9, the Destin Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Destin will host a Hurricane Preparedness Seminar. Find out how to protect your business and your home during this upcoming hurricane season. Officials from the City of Destin, Destin Fire Control District, and the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office, along with representatives from the utilities, technology, and hurricane protection industries will speak.

     Event sponsors include AAA Insurance & Travel, Coastal Insurance, and Gulf Coast Shuter. The public is invited, and there is no cost to attend the seminar.
