Melissa Wells Joins Destin Area Chamber as Information Specialist

     Destin, FL, July 23 - The Destin Area Chamber of Commerce welcomed Melissa Wells as its new Information Specialist on July 10.

     Wells, a native to the area, graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications. After working in the sports television field for networks such as ESPN and the PGA TOUR, she decided to return to Destin to be closer to her family.

     “I’m really looking forward to being a part of the Destin Area Chamber team. It’s a tremendous opportunity to work for not only the businesses within the area, but for the community as well,” said Wells.
