Ribbon Cutting Celebrates Destin Harvest

     Destin, FL, Feb. 27 - On Feb. 26, Destin Area Chamber of Commerce staff and ambassadors gathered to celebrate Destin Harvest with a ribbon cutting.

     Destin Harvest gathers quality donated food from companies, restaurants, and organizations and delivers it free of charge to social services agencies, such as food pantries, soup kitchens, and shelters, feeding the hungry.

     Destin Harvest is currently seeking businesses who would like to help the community by acting as a drop-off point for non-perishable food items during a Summer Food Drive. The March – August food drive allows summer visitors drop off locations for non-perishable items, which Destin Harvest would then pick up and deliver to approved agencies.
