Ribbon Cutting Celebrates New Location of La Renaissance Salon

     Destin, FL, Oct. 24 - On Sept. 26, the Destin Area Chamber of Commerce staff and Ambassadors celebrated the new location of La Renaissance Salon with a ribbon cutting.

     La Renaissance is a full service salon, catering to locals. Karin Petersen and Jim Cooper, partners in La Renaissance since 2006, have been professional hairdressers for a total of more than 40 years.

     “This location offers more space, and we are delighted to be expanding our services. Hair extensions, manicure, pedicure, facial and micro-dermabrasion are great additions to our salon,” explained Petersen. “We want to create a relaxed environment and offer a spa day experience at salon prices. We also specialize in hair and make-up for weddings and offer on or off-site bookings for your special day.”

     The owners plan to add massage and yoga classes in the future.
