From Jewelry and Flip Flops to Purses and Airbrush Tattoos, Destin Seafood Festival Attracts Diverse Vendors

     Destin, FL, Aug. 26 - To help the Destin Seafood Festival celebrate its 31st year, a selection of 50 diverse vendors from all over the U.S will be selling their arts, crafts, and other products, including adult and children’s clothing; handcrafted paintings; silver, gold, glass, wood, hemp, beaded, and magnetic jewelry; homemade soap; golf ball markers; pro/college wind chimes; leather, straw, canvas, and personalized hats; bottled balsamic vinegar and oil; canopy chairs and Hawaiian sun chairs; flip flops; home décor; antique/vintage metal signs and posters; wood, glass, fiber, and metal art; cookbooks; purses and wallets; photography; personalized chalk boards; face painting and airbrush tattoos; and 2009 Seafood Festival t-shirts.

     The 31st Annual Destin Seafood Festival will take place at HarborWalk Village, alongside Destin’s harbor, on Oct. 2-4. In addition to the arts and crafts vendors, visitors and locals will enjoy nationally known entertainment, a wide selection of fresh seafood, children’s activities, and much more. The headliners are Survivor on Friday, Oct. 2, and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts on Saturday, Oct. 3.

     Visit the Destin Area Chamber of Commerce to purchase your 31st Annual Destin Seafood Festival admission passes today. Passes are $5 per day for Friday and Sunday, $10 for Saturday, or $15 for the entire 3-day festival. The Chamber is located at 4484 Legendary Drive, Suite A, at the entrance to Regatta Bay.
