Employees’ Use of Social Media Focus of March Chamber Breakfast

     Destin, FL, March 2 - Can your employees’ use of twitter get you in trouble? What precautions should you take to ensure your use of social media does not affect your job? On March 12, the Destin Area Chamber of Commerce’s Business to Business Breakfast will focus on Senseless Social Networking and Employment Law: How employees’ careless use of e-mail, tweets, texts, and Facebook can affect your business and what you can do about it. Elizabeth V. LaFollette of Pleat & Perry, P.A., will make the presentation, and Bit-Wizards Custom Software Solutions is sponsoring the event.

     The breakfast will take place at Destin United Methodist Church, beginning at 7:15 a.m. The cost is $15 for Chamber members who pre-register at www.DestinChamber.com, $20 for members at the door, and $30 for non-members. All registrations are due by March 9.
