Ribbon Cutting Celebrates the Opening of the Commons Drive Roundabout

     Destin, FL, June 3 - On May 28, Destin Area Chamber of Commerce staff and ambassadors gathered to celebrate the opening of the Commons Drive Roundabout with a ribbon cutting.

     The roundabout opened two weeks early and 25 percent under budget. Okaloosa County would like to thank T.G.I. Friday’s, Country Inn & Suites, the County Commission and Public Works, Destin Water Users, CW Roberts Contracting, Inc., and HDR Engineering for their cooperation on the project.

     The Commons Drive Roundabout is located at the entrance to the Paradise Key at Kelly Plantation shopping center.
