Golfers Invited to Enjoy NW Florida Gulf Coast’s Premier Amateur Tournament;
Portion of the Proceeds to Benefit Destin Fisherman’s Fund

     Destin, FL, Aug. 30 - The premier tournament for the Northwest Florida Gulf Coast, the Seafood Festival Golf Classic, returns to the Indian Bayou Golf Course on Sept. 10-11. A portion of the proceeds from this year’s event will benefit the Destin Fishermen’s Fund.

     The Seafood Festival Golf Classic is designed to draw competitive players from across our region for two days of play. The format will be two-man teams, best ball. The tournament will be flighted at the completion of the first round.

     Players will enjoy two days of play plus a practice round, product demonstrations, a golf clinic taught by a PGA Professional, a cocktail party on Friday, Sept. 10, breakfast and lunch each day, and free admission to the Destin Seafood Festival, which takes place the following weekend. The fee for a two-person team is $490.
