Shillingburg Wins Seafood Festival Poster Contest for 5th Consecutive Year
Local watercolor artist Judy Shillingburg has been selected as the 2008 Destin Seafood Festival poster contest winner, which makes her fifth consecutive win and sixth time overall. For more information and to see the winning poster, please click here.

Alabama ABC Affiliates Feature Destin Area in August
From the Destin Seafood Festival, Fishing Rodeo, and Festival of the Arts to uncrowded beaches, mild weather, and warm waters, it is no doubt that the fall brings out the best the Destin area has to offer. To promote the fall season, the Destin Area Chamber of Commerce is working with ABC 33/40 in Alabama to promote Destin as the featured ‘Gulf Coast Getaway’ during August.
