Pregnant women and new moms are invited to join Sacred Heart Medical Group Pediatrics for a free “Ask the Doc” class about giving babies a healthy start.
Led by pediatrician, Stephen Bolduc, MD, MS, FAAP, the class will feature topics such as nutrition, exercise and stress reduction for new mothers, as well as breastfeeding, immunizations, circumcision and what to expect in caring for a newborn. Spouses, friends, family members and support people are also invited to attend.
