About Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation Arts Guild: Setting the foundation for what is now the membership component of The Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation, the Arts Guild was originally formed to bring awareness to the organization’s mission and generate a solid force of volunteers and patrons to support the annual events including the Festival of the Arts, concerts and annual lunch. Reintroduced in 2020, Wendy Rodrigue engaged the attendees with her "Musings of An Artist’s Wife", based on her life with famed "Blue Dog" creator and artist George Rodrigue.
