    Job Description
    Builder Specialties is hiring an Administrative/Office Assistant in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.  We offer excellent pay and benefits including holiday pay, paid time off and health and welfare benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401(k) with company match.

    The Administrative Assistant is responsible for helping with ordering parts for service, filing warranty claims, registering customers for warranties and help around the office where needed.

    Competencies/Skills/Abilities
    1. Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude when calling customers
    2. Maintain a cordial tone and positive attitude at all times.
    3.Strong verbal and written communication skills required
    4. High School Diploma or GED required
    5. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word
