    Velocity Automotive Solutions is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be configuring, supporting and connecting our dealer clients to our software products. You will be providing customer and technical support when needed.     Job Duties:
    • Plan, manage, and update all activities on a daily basis via outlook, and our CRM (HubSpot)
    • Adhere to project deadlines
    • Identify risk/problem accounts and take appropriate escalation steps
    • Accurately input and maintain client activity
    • Adding user roles and using admin tools
    • Accurately input and maintain client activity into our internal CRM tool (HubSpot)
     
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree or related discipline is preferred
    • Excellent phone, verbal, analytical, problem and communication skills
    • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a timely matter
    • Time management skills
    • Automotive experience is a plus
    Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus
