    As Executive Administrator, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of this 6,000 square foot facility, while also assisting the President/CEO with transactions for the real estate brokerage and investment arms of this family business.
     
    Duties & Responsibilities
     
    General office administration and receptionist duties – opening office, maintaining and ordering supplies, responding to inquires via phone and email, greeting visitors, receive/sort mail, post and deposit payments, other related tasks
     
    Manage calendars and resource scheduling

    Aim to provide customer solutions while driving revenue goals
     
    Subject matter expert for member management software (examples: establish profile, invoicing, payment processing, off-boarding, respond to inquiries, etc.)
     
    Manage relationships with property’s vendors
     
    Compile and conduct general data analysis, as necessary
     
    Coordinate in-house events; liaise with vendors and participants for seamless execution
     
    Occasionally coordinate submission of documents from real estate transactions/ compliance forms for broker/agents
     
    Marketing Tasks:
    Coordinate content calendar for social media and email marketing campaigns
    Keep signage updated; collaborate with vendors
    Willingness to market Beachworx through networking (attend Chamber of Commerce, industry and professional networking events

    Preferred Qualifications & Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
    • Minimum 3 years’ related work experience, preferably in support of an executive level professional or in an office administrator role
    • Proficiency in SAAS-based platforms, MS Office, Google Suite, Social media and current technologies
    • Experience in property management, real estate or finance preferred, not required
    • Professional references required
