    Must be Customer Service oriented. Must be able to work under pressure, available to work with, little or no supervision at all. Must be knowledgeable of the property, policy and procedures to provide accurate information to guests, visitors and employees. Monitor the entry and exit of parking guests, visitors and employees of the Emerald Grande at HarborWalk Village. Collect money daily; Maintain smooth traffic flow in and out of the parking of Emerald Grande at HarborWalk Village Parking Garage and all available parking spaces provided to the department by the property. Provide polite and courteous service to all guests, visitors and employees; Report any suspicious or unlawful activity to the Security Department; Provide a report of daily monetary and ticket activities, as well as reportable incidents during the shift; Minor cleaning. Maintain neatness and organization of interior of the parking gatehouse; May be required to perform minor repairs if equipment malfunctions; Respond to guest inquiries regarding parking procedures and property information. Position will require working outdoors in the heat for extended periods of time. Working during holidays and weekends are also frequently required. We have schedules ranging from 2-3 days off, with 34-40 hours a week, some consecutive days off. Be the first to apply and be scheduled for an interview for the most shift options available.
