Marketing Assistant

Position: Marketing Assistant
Location: Santa Rosa Beach, FL
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:

Admin Duties:
1. Field calls with the grace of someone who's never heard of a Monday morning.
2. Organize files with an intuitive sense, keep tabs on office supplies and coworkers’ coffee levels.
3. Ensure meetings run smoothly, stay on topic, and tasks are clear and assigned correctly.
4. Offer a warm and approachable face or voice to clients and callers alike.
5. Manage mail, sometimes tracking incessantly to ensure equipment arrives on-time and to the correct location.
6. Schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are prepared.

Marketing Duties:
1. Assist in crafting and executing marketing campaigns.
2. Organize marketing events where our charm shines.
3. Manage databases with a touch of OCD flair.
4. Collaborate on promotional materials and market research
5. Monitor and give the lowdown on how our campaigns are performing.
6. Maintain our social media presence—engaging with others, sharing tech knowledge or the occasional witty post or GIF.
7. Attend events with sales team and provide operational support.

Requirements:
1. Organizational skills that would make Marie Kondo nod in approval.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate new software.
3. Solid understanding of marketing principles (and maybe a quirk or two).
4. Communication skills that bridge the gap between techy and non-techy realms.
5. A degree is great, but a compelling story or background? Even better.
6. A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
