Community Association Manager
We are seeking a Community Association Portfolio Manager.
The following skills are required:
- Must have two years of experience with CAM Management along the Gulf Coast of Florida.
- Must assist the Homeowners Association staff with preparation of the annual budgets, supervise projects, develop agendas for Association Management, propose changes or improvements to properties, be familiar with and comply with governing documents and provisions of legislation.
- Ability to negotiate contracts.
- A Florida Community Association Manager’s License is required.
Pay Congruent with experience. Flexible availability in scheduling required.
