    Job Duties:
    • Put in effort to be a top performer

    • Identify risk/problem accounts and take appropriate escalation steps
    • Accurately input and maintain client activity into our internal CRM (HubSpot)
     
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree or related discipline is preferred
    • Excellent phone, verbal, analytical, problem and communication skills
    • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a timely matter
    • Automotive experience is highly preferred and appreciated
    • Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus
