In this episode, hang out with partners Dave Rauschkolb and Phil McDonald of Black Bear Bread Co. & Bar Room. Learn more about these celebrated locals, including how they met, got started in the industry and developed the Black Bear campus. Chef Phil showcases a few of his favorite dishes including Outlaw Oysters, Marinated Cucumbers and a BLT you have to see to believe!

Black Bear Bread Co. is your neighborhood bakery, coffee shop and all-day seasonal café and is the newest eatery from chef/proprietor Phil McDonald and proprietor Dave Rauschkolb in collaboration with Stumptown Coffee Roasters. Freshly-baked naturally leavened bread, dynamically seasonal produce and sensible sourcing are the inspiration for their café menu serving breakfast and lunch on the go, as well as, for those who want to linger and dine in. Acknowledgements include a spot on Southern Living’s ‘Most Stand-Out Meals for 2019’ list.
Recently ranked in ‘The South’s Best Bars 2020’ by Southern Living, Bar Room is Grayton Beach's neighborhood wine bar showcasing natural wines, craft beer, farm-raised oysters, and wine-driven snacks & shareables.

The event will be viewable on both the 30A and Cultural Arts Alliance’s Facebook pages as well as available on the CAA website following the broadcast.
