Eric Miracle, the Adult Ministries Director, and Sierra Lawrence, the Assistant to the Lead Pastor of Beachside Community Ministries Church, presented a $5,000 donation to the kids living at Children in Crisis. Thanks to the generous donations from the members and the “Be Rich” program, the kids living at the CIC Neighborhood will have critical necessities during these difficult times. The donation will also help provide a home and care for the more than 100 children that will call CIC home this year.
According to Ken Hair, CIC President & CEO, “The wonderful gift of love to our CIC children really helps us give a home to the at-risk children of our community and makes a huge difference in their lives.”
Additionally, the membership of Beachside Community Church has committed to providing church volunteers to help with the children’s programs supporting the at-risk children.
Children in Crisis, Inc. is a 501(c)(3), non-profit charity of caring people working together to provide homes and establish hope to the abused, neglected, and abandoned children of our community. Since 2008, CIC has provided a home, care and love to about 960 at-risk children. To learn more about Children in Crisis call 850-864-4242 or visit www.childrenincrisisfl.org
