Crane Fund for Widows and Children presented a donation check for $5,000 to Children in Crisis this week at a presentation ceremony. The CIC donation will help provide a home, food, clothing and care for the foster children living at the CIC Neighborhood. Each year over 100 foster children have a safe, secure, loving home at CIC thanks to the great support of the community.
CIC was nominated by an employee to receive the donation, which was unanimously supported by the entire Crane workforce of more than 150 members.
CIC President & CEO, Ken Hair commented, “The children of CIC offer a BIG THANKS to Crane Fund for Widows and Children for their wonderful support and making a difference in the lives of so many at-risk children in our community. Our children will have a wonderful summer thanks to the Crane Team!”
