"Laissez les bons temps rouler" or "Let the good times roll"! Destin Commons' Annual Mardi Gras Masquerade was filled with fun on Friday, Feb. 21, from 6 - 8 p.m. The family-friendly event provided live music, free face painting, a photo booth and the best Mardi Gras parade along Florida's Emerald Coast. The parade was led by this years' King and Queen, Shervin Rassa CEO of the Boys and Girls Clubs and his wife Michele Rassa. A chilly night did not stop the fun! Parade participants kept the energy alive with festive floats and left visitors with beads, moon pies, and big smiles.
"We hope our guests had a great time at our annual Mardi Gras Masquerade and we appreciate them braving the chilly temperatures to join in on the fun. As always, many thanks to all of our parade participants as they bring the event to life with their contagious energy and festive floats."
