Destin Commons Welcomes Over 3,000 People to Annual Halloween Haunt
Children, families, and pets filled the interior streets at this year's Destin Commons' Halloween Haunt. Spooky festivities began at p.m. with the costume contest registration and concluded with Destin Commons' Marketing Coordinator, Rachel Guidry, announcing the winners in each category.
Ages 0 to 4 years old:
1st Place: Empress Manalo as Skeleton
2nd Place: Jaqulin Anderson as Mary Had A Little Lamb
3rd Place: Dean Olsen as Chucky
Ages 5 to 8 years old:
1st Place: Ethan Adair as Nine
2nd Place: Kai Arida as Roblox miniNinjaneer
3rd Place: Jonah Ibanez as Predator
Ages 9 to 12 years old:
1st Place: Dominick Cabantan as Plague Doctor
2nd Place: Maya Work as Bob Ross
3rd Place: Allison Holliday as Peacock Princess

Guests enjoyed trick-or-treating at a variety of Destin Commons store locations and candy booths throughout the center. Free face painting, an interactive photo booth, and other family entertainment rounded out the evening. Families also gathered around the Common's fountain display, sponsored by BrightView Landscaping Services, for a traditional Fall photo.
