Destin Custom Home Builders Breaks Ground on New Tradewinds Community Within Regatta Bay

Community members, local leaders, media, and representatives from the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce and Destin Chamber of Commerce were in attendance to commemorate the beginning of the building process, during Destin Custom Home Builders' recent groundbreaking of its latest project, Tradewinds, located within Regatta Bay

Featuring 55 new homes, each designed to evoke a West Indies style of architecture with a Dutch influence, Tradewinds will offer pristine coastal living located along Regatta Bay's award-winning golf course. There will be several different design layouts of the Tradewinds project that new homeowners can choose from, each offering various square footage.
