Emerald Coast Title Services Announces Dynamic New Additions to the Team

Emerald Coast Title Services (ECTS) adds to its experienced team with the addition of Lydia Collins, Licensed Title Agent, and Lindsey McEwan, Licensed Title Agent and Florida Registered Paralegal. Collins will serve ECTS clients out of the upcoming Freeport office, while McEwan will work with clients out of the Santa Rosa Beach office.

About Lydia Collins
Licensed Title Agent, Destin Office

Lydia is a Freeport resident with several years of title experience. With a background in Project management, customer service, and logistics, Lydia has a dedication to putting the customer first. Lydia has managed complex projects in a multicultural environment, so having multiple tasks to juggle is nothing new. Working with the agents, clients, lenders, and other professionals who make a successful closing is the most enjoyable part of her job.

Originally from Georgia, Lydia completed her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature with a minor in Secondary Education at Kennesaw State University near Atlanta. (Go Braves!) After graduation, she moved to Dallas and, after 13 years, returned to the East Coast.

When not at work, Lydia enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband and two Labrador retrievers.

About Lindsey McEwan

Lindsey entered the real estate law and title industry in 2005 and has earned a notable reputation as a problem-solving critical thinker. She utilizes an array of skills and resources to navigate the real estate closing industry with proficiency and confidence. Her considerable experience in residential and commercial transactions is immediately recognizable. Lindsey genuinely enjoys serving the title needs of the Emerald Coast’s real estate community, and her customers enjoy the benefits of her dedication and
enthusiasm. 

When not at the office, Lindsey dedicates her time to her two children and serves on the Food For Thought Outreach Board of Directors. She enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family and is a well-known baseball enthusiast.
