Hand Arendall Harrison Sale Attorneys at Law congratulates Jennifer Gutai Comella in her recently elected position as treasurer for the Florida Association for Women Lawyers.
“Jennifer is not only active in our northwest Florida region but has been involved for quite some time on projects throughout our state. This nomination and election are evidence of her commitment to her peers and the law. She will serve this state group very well,” states Florida Managing Attorney for HAHS Franklin Harrison.
“I am proud to be elected to serve as FAWL Treasurer for this 2022-2023 term. FWAL is very active throughout the State of Florida striving to propel women lawyers into economic, social and leadership spheres of power and promoting gender equality in the legal profession, judiciary, and community at large. I have been active in FAWL as the Okaloosa chapter representative for several years and am so excited to get even more involved on the state level. If anyone in our community is interested in learning more about this association on the state or local level or needs information on how to become involved, I’m available. We do have several events upcoming in Orlando in June in conjunction with the Florida Bar Convention and it would be a great time for interested parties to participate with us,” said Jennifer Gutai Comella.
Comella is an associate attorney in Destin Florida and is the only serving officer in the group from the panhandle. Her practice areas include community association law, real estate law, construction litigation, local government, workers compensation and business/commercial litigation.
