Foodies Can Warm Up to Winter Menu at Seagar’s Prime Steaks & Seafood
Using the finest ingredients, Executive Chef Lee Guidry has enhanced its seasonal menu at the award-winning Seagar’s Prime Steaks & Seafood. Highlights of new menu include Scallops Gratinee, with saffron risotto and fresh braised fennel; Charred Spanish Octopus marinated with olive oil, garlic, shallot, lemon and parsley, served over a beluga lentil hummus; and Crisp Bobwhite Quail, a whole 6oz quail brined in seasoned buttermilk and finished with a sauce of pomegranate juice, shallot and veal demi. Another featured entrée of Seagar’s new winter menu is the Seared Snapper, served over classic creole gumbo, wilted collard greens and garnished with a warm shrimp salad. The new winter menu is available through March 15, 2020. Seagar’s is open Tuesday through Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 6 to 10 p.m.
