Local creative firm and solutionist agency Frances Roy celebrates five years in business. Frances Roy's President and Chief Creative Officer Shantelle Dedicke raised a glass thanking her team, their clients, and the support of the local community at Niceville’s 3rd Planet Brewing.

Dedicke announced the promotion of Frances Roy Agency employees, Hillaree Durso, now Senior Director of Content and Marketing; Gregory Dedicke, now Digital Marketing Specialist; and Kayla Koger, now Design and Social Media Coordinator. Dedicke attributes the agency’s success to its people.
“The pandemic would have taken the wind out of us if not for the people who work day in and day out at Frances Roy,” said Dedicke. “There is no magic formula to success - treat your team with respect and compassion and they will shine. I am in awe of their commitment and creativity, and Hillaree, Greg, and Kayla set the perfect examples of what can be accomplished when a team focuses on the idea of winning the day.”
Frances Roy’s Senior Director of Content and Marketing Hillaree Durso leads the agency’s social media strategy, communications, and marketing implementation, but is also a critical leader on the team, ensuring the agency remains focused on individual professional development. She is celebrated as Frances Roy’s first employee.
Committed to his family’s business, Digital Marketing Specialist Gregory Dedicke is building the agency’s first website design and video and podcasting departments.
Kayla Koger began with Frances Roy as an intern and is quickly rising due to self-driven initiative and a flair for design and content creation. She is the agency’s first Design and Social Media Coordinator.
