Thanks to the generous donation of $500 from the members of the Panhandle Fraternal Order of the Eagles, the kids living at Children in Crisis will have a little extra to help get ready for the New Year with new clothing and other necessities.
According to Ken Hair, CIC President & CEO, “The Panhandle Fraternal Order of the Eagles’ donation will really help our at-risk children prepare for the daily activities of the New Year. This donation truly makes a difference and we are very thankful.”
Children in Crisis, Inc. is a 501(c)(3), non-profit hometown charity built by caring people working together to give a home and establish hope to the abused, neglected, and abandoned children of our community. The CIC Neighborhood is a beautiful facility which has been home to over 950 children since opening in 2008.
