Impact100 of Northwest Florida Announces 2022 Grant Writing Workshop

Impact100 of Northwest Florida, Inc., is holding its annual Grant Writing Workshop on April 13, 2022, from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. This in-person workshop is free and open to all nonprofit organizations serving Okaloosa and Walton counties. Impact100 NWF is seeking grant applications that focus on projects in the following areas: Arts & Culture; Education; Environment, Recreation and Preservation; Family; and Health & Wellness.

The Grant Writing Workshop is designed to help provide information to nonprofit groups about the grant process, effective grant writing, understanding of documentation required and transformative high impact project development in order to create dynamic grant applications. There will be sessions on 2022 Grant Application Submittal; Letters of Intent; Finance; and Construction, Reconstruction and Renovations. Based on annual membership, Impact100 NWF provides a $100,000 grant to local nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations. Impact100 NWF is approaching its eleventh year of operations in which, thirty-three local nonprofit groups have each received grants ranging from $102,000 to $128,000 totaling $3.6 million awarded in grant funding. Advance registration for the event is required to ensure a reserved spot at the Grant Writing Workshop.
