The Okaloosa County Watersports Coalition (OCWOC) released the second video in a three-part boaters education series. This video will educate locals and tourists on the safe and responsible operation of personal watercraft (PWC). It also discusses tips to safely navigate the Okaloosa County waterways. The video was sponsored in part by the City of Destin and the Okaloosa County Tourism Development Department.
