• NWFSC's Seagrass Restaurant Learning Lab Announces Fall Dining

    We are pleased to announce the opening of Seagrass Restaurant student learning lab luncheon series at Northwest Florida State College for the Fall semester. The restaurant is designed to provide our Culinary and Hospitality Management students a hands-on learning environment while also showcasing their talents to the community. 
     
    Seagrass Restaurant, located on the Niceville Campus, will serve lunch to the public the following Thursdays 9/15, 9/22, 10/6, 10/20, 11/3, 11/17. Seating times are available at 11:30 a.m.; 12 p.m.; 12:30 p.m.; and 1 p.m. The menu consists of a choice of main dish and includes a soup or salad, beverage and cookie for $15.00.  
     
    Due to the overwhelming response from last year’s luncheons, we are limiting reservations to 1 date to attend per person and tables seat 2 or 4 people only.  We would like to give more people an opportunity to enjoy the student’s creations.     
     
    Reservations will be taken beginning Tuesday, Aug. 30, at 9 a.m.

    Email (seagrass@nwfsc.edu) or Call (850-729-5369) with the following information. Emails and Voice messages will be time stamped and we will fill reservations based on the time received. Please only call or email, not both.  
     
    Required for reservation: 
    Your name 
    Number in party (2 or 4 people) 
    Date of 1st Choice of requested lunch; and Date of 2nd Choice of requested lunch 
    Time of requested luncheon

    Your Email 
     
    Reservations called or emailed prior to August 30 at 9:00am will not be accepted.
