Progress Bank Expands Along Florida Panhandle into Santa Rosa Beach
October 19, 2020Progress Bank has received regulatory approval to open an office in Santa Rosa Beach, Fla. Located in Walton County, this will be the Bank’s 11th office. President and CEO David Nast said, “With our third office along the Florida Panhandle, we continue to show our commitment to this market. We appreciate our clients and intend to be a valued community partner in Okaloosa and Walton counties.”
Dewayne Youngblood, Okaloosa & Walton County Market President, stated, “We are thrilled to be expanding our footprint into the growing community of Santa Rosa Beach and look forward to supporting the thriving commercial and small business community.”
The 2,500 square foot full-service office will be located at 3063 US Highway 98 in Santa Rosa Beach, Fla, and is expected to open in November. Progress Bank also has nearby locations in Inlet Beach and Destin.
Leading the new Santa Rosa Beach office are:- Dewayne Youngblood, Executive Vice President and Okaloosa & Walton County Market President. He leads the teams at both the Inlet Beach and Destin offices with over 20 years of banking experience. He is a graduate of Troy State University with a degree in Business Administration. Youngblood is involved in the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce, All Sports Association and other community organizations.
- Brock Rice, Vice President and Branch Manager. Rice brings more than 15 years of banking experience with various regional banks. He manages both the Inlet Beach and Destin offices. He is a graduate of the University of West Florida in Business Administration. He is active in the community with organizations, such as the Destin Chamber of Commerce, United Way and other local organizations.
