Provident Title proudly announces Nathan R. Cordle has joined the team as the new lead closing attorney.
A native of Opp, Ala., Cordle spent many summers and vacations on the Emerald Coast before relocating to South Walton in 2017. He earned both his law and undergraduate degrees from The University of Alabama. As a South Walton resident, Cordle is active in the local community, having served as President of the 2018 Leadership Walton class and as President of the Emerald Coast Real Estate Council (ECREC) until 2019. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce, on the Board of Directors of Westonwood Ranch, and is the incoming President of the Young Professionals of Walton County for 2020. Before joining the Provident Title team, Cordle was an attorney with Clark Partington, where he focused on residential and commercial real estate closings, general real estate law, probate law, business and corporate law, and estate planning. Earlier in his career, Cordle was the Closing Attorney and Manager of Capitol Park Title in Tuscaloosa, Ala., as well as enjoying many years in the real estate industry as a broker’s assistant and licensed real estate agent in Alabama.
“I am thrilled to join Provident Title and The Premier Property Group family,” said Cordle. “As a former REALTOR turned real estate lawyer, I look forward to continuing to grow my passion and experience in the real estate industry.”
In addition to handling title services and insurance for Provident, Cordle will be able to provide additional in-house legal services for Provident’s parent company, The Premier Property Group, such as answering questions regarding purchase and sale agreements and other legal issues, preparing various legal documents, and offering counsel regarding other legal matters.
Cordle will begin working out of Provident Title’s home office in the WaterColor Town Center after the first of the year, and will be able to serve all real estate closing and title insurance services along 30A and the greater Gulf Coast area.
