With the buzz of its new golf course and clubhouse, and teed up by the incredible growth of the surrounding communities, membership at Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club has catapulted beyond expectation. As a result, the club has officially announced that membership is completely full and while other experiences at the club remain semi-private, like beachfront dining at Vue on 30a - the club’s golf club and beach club have moved to an exclusive private membership experience.
This is an exciting and historic milestone for the club and a decision that was reached after months of internal discussion, financial modeling, and additional outside expertise. This decision will ensure members have ease of access to their beautiful new course, along with elevated service around the entire club, and further strengthen the membership’s community-like feel.
“Elevating the member experience has always been the driving force for the leadership at Santa Rosa,” said Sarah Brazwell, membership director for the club. “With a full membership and expanded club offerings, becoming a private golf experience for our members to ensure tee times and other amenities are more accessible is a milestone achievement for the entire membership and one that the club’s Board of Directors and management team could not be more proud to announce,” added Brazwell.
The multi-million dollar golf course project completed in 2021 included a new golf course, short course, driving range, clubhouse renovation, training facility and more. The completed project and overall golf experience recently won SRGBC the prestigious award of “Best Golf Course” by Visit South Walton for 2022. Further upgrades are happening daily across the club which include new leadership team members and staff to help service the robust membership, increased maintenance levels of facilities as well as physical updates around the club.
