WHAT: Using the finest ingredients possible, Executive Chef Lee Guidry has enhanced the seasonal menu at the award-winning Seagar’s Prime Steaks & Seafood. Among the many highlights of the new spring menu is Diver Scallops, served over roasted tomato gnocchi tossed with caramelized onion, baby heirloom tomato, artichoke hearts and an artichoke fondue; and a refreshing salad addition of fresh shaved Brussel sprouts tossed in a cider vinaigrette and topped with almond, diced apple, smoked Applewood bacon, dried cherry and shaved fennel.
Sweetening the spring menu is a duo of new seasonal treats, including Opera Torte with layers of sponge cake, espresso, ganache, hazelnut butter cream and latte gelato; and Strawberry Milk Cake with layers of hot milk cake, strawberry compote, vanilla bean crème anglaise, and a torched Italian meringue.
