These dinners will be banquet-family style with tables of 6 to 8 people and a set menu. Menus for each dinner can be found at https://nwfsc.edu/academics/degrees-offered/culinary/
. Dinner will begin at 5:30 p.m., with a reception and dinner seating at 5:50 p.m. Pre payment for dinner is required and your credit card information will be collected during your reservation. Please have your credit card available when you call for reservations. If you are emailing your reservation, Jackie Adams will contact you for your credit card information.
Reservations will be accepted beginning Tuesday, Jan. 19, at 9 a.m., via phone or email.
We appreciate your support and know this is a learning lab for our students. The NWFSC student enrolled in the Catering, Banquet and Event Management class will manage the front of the house-greeting and serving you. Students in the International and Regional Cuisine class look forward to preparing the delicious menu items for you.
