On Sunday, June 12, 2022, Step One Automotive Group invited the entire community to celebrate its fifth anniversary, and over 2,000 people attended. Step One Fest was the company's way of saying THANKS to team members and their families, partners, and the community after five years of service, growth, forging new friendships, team accomplishments, and "stepping together." Step One Fest featured live music, food trucks, non-profit organization booths, and a kid's zone complete with a touch-a-truck exhibit.

In a special presentation, Evan Williams Bourbon honored Healing Paws for Warriors Founder Mike Arena as one of its "American-Made Heroes". Afterward, Arena signed bourbon labels featuring his likeness and story.
