Emmanuel Sheppard and Condon (ESC) must close its Perdido Key office location due to damages sustained from Hurricane Sally. The office, located at 14508 Perdido Key Drive, has been opened since May of 2018. The building, leased by ESC, suffered wind and water damages and is beyond repair.
