Residents who reside full-time within the incorporated area of Destin are eligible to receive up to two free Resident Annual parking passes (per household) for use in paid parking areas along Scenic Highway 98 in Crystal Beach, Gulf Shore Drive in Holiday Isle, and the Harbor District. The Gulfarium's C.A.R.E. Center successfully released six rehabilitated sea turtles on Thursday morning, June 24, 2021, at Henderson Beach State Park in Destin. The City of Destin is now asking residents to submit their Henderson Beach State Park annual pass requests online. Rebate requests are also available through online submission.
